Keeping in mind the various country regulations with regard to the pharma codex, ONLY corporate branding (company logo) will be allowed on sponsorship items.
The Organisers will not allow any visuals which do not correspond to this guideline. Product branding is NOT allowed.
It is the companies’ responsibility to be compliant with the local rules and regulations pertaining to the pharma codex.
EAHAD has submitted the EAHAD 2027 Congress for approval with the Conference Vetting System of EthicalMedTech under the number: EMT-26-11807. The Congress is currently being reviewed.
Please note, that since 1st January 2021, the two trade associations, MedTech Europe and EFPIA, have a unique and common platform for assessing medical conferences. The current EthicalMedTech approval is thus valid for EFPIA as well.
