Important information for poster presenters
In addition to having your physical poster hung at the congress in Dublin, your poster will be available on the EAHAD Congress Virtual Platform and Mobile App via an e-Poster portal. In this, you are kindly required to prepare a printed poster AND an electronic poster. You may use the same template for both of these versions.
These files will need to be uploaded in two different places:
- PosterSessionOnline is to submit your printed “poster display” (Should you wish to select this provider. Alternatively, you can bring your printed poster with you onsite.)
- Inwink Platform is to upload your online “e-poster”.
E-Poster Upload Guidelines
The presenting author will receive a notification letter in January 2026, with the necessary guidelines and instructions to upload their e-Poster on the EAHAD Congress Virtual Platform.
Poster Printing Service
Do you want to avoid the hassle of traveling with your printed poster? EAHAD 2026 is pleased to make poster printing available to you through our supplier PosterSessionOnline. Your poster will be professionally printed, reviewed and shipped directly to Dublin and you will be able to pick it up. Printing, packing and delivery to the conference venue costs EUR 78 + 21% VAT.
Please note the deadline Monday, 12 January 2026 (23:59 CET) to submit the poster file for printing.
Step 1
Prepare your poster in a ready to print file as PDF or PowerPoint, 1 page only, 90×120 cm (portrait format)
Step 3
Pick up your poster onsite.
