Dear colleagues and friends,
On behalf of the EAHAD 2026 Organising Committee, it is my honour and pleasure to welcome you to the 19th annual EAHAD congress, taking place in Dublin from 3rd to 6th February 2026.
The annual congress is the cornerstone of EAHAD’s mission to ensure the highest quality care for those living with haemophilia and other bleeding disorders, through multidisciplinary collaboration, research and education. Innovative solutions to improve clinical care and health outcomes are discovered and implemented by working in partnership with people and families living with bleeding disorders, healthcare providers and institutions, academia and the pharmaceutical industry.
Dublin is a vibrant, modern European capital city with a reputation for excellence in scientific research and the pharmaceutical and technology industries. The 19th annual congress of EAHAD in the inspirational Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) promises to honour the important EAHAD tradition of shared learning and experience, with an emphasis on opportunities to network and exchange ideas. The CCD is located within walking distance of the centre of the city and is surrounded by accommodation options to suit all delegates. Ireland’s rich cultural and historical heritage and the warmth of Irish hospitality guarantee a unique experience for delegates and visitors.
I am delighted to welcome you and the EAHAD community to Dublin, where you can showcase your research and clinical observations, share ideas and innovations, meet old friends and make new ones and continue our shared mission to improve quality of care in bleeding disorders.
Fáilte/Welcome to Dublin and EAHAD 2026.
Niamh O’Connell
EAHAD 2026 Congress President
