**Allied Health Professionals are healthcare professionals who work within the multidisciplinary care team and may deliver direct patient care, rehabilitation, treatment, diagnostics and health improvement interventions. This category includes nurses, physiotherapists, psychosocial professionals, and laboratory scientists. It does not include physicians. Allied health professionals must provide a letter of confirmation from their immediate supervisor to benefit from the reduced fee. Should we not receive this confirmation, the registration will be changed to the Regular fee.

****Patient advocates can only register if they are official representatives of their national haemophilia organisation or the European Haemophilia Consortium. A letter certifying this will be required at the time of registration.

*****Attendance to the Allied Health Professionals Day is open only to Allied Health Professionals (nurses, physiotherapists, psychosocial professionals) and is to be booked in addition to the EAHAD 2025 Congress registration fee. It is possible to attend this pre-congress day as a stand-alone service.

Early registrations will be accepted until Wednesday 20 November 2024, midnight CET

Should your registration remain unpaid on Wednesday 04 December 2024, early registrations will be upgraded to the late registration fee. 

As of Thursday 21 November 2024, late registration fees apply for every new registration.

Should your registration remain unpaid on Monday 03 February 2025, late registrations fees will be upgraded to the Onsite registration fee.

From Monday 03 February 2025, Onsite registration fee applies for every new registration. 

For cancellations received prior to Thursday 02 January 2025, midnight CET, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

A name change will be considered as a modification and will be charged 40 EUR.
A handling fee of 40 EUR per registration will be charged for every registration modification received from Thursday 02 January 2025, including a name change.

If a badge is lost or forgotten onsite, an administrative fee of 80 EUR will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognised identification documents).

 

Refunds will be made after the Congress by bank transfer or credit card according to your pre-payment method.
