**Allied Health Professions are healthcare professionals who work within the multidisciplinary care team and may deliver direct patient care, rehabilitation, treatment, diagnostics and health improvement interventions. This category includes nurses, physiotherapists, and psychosocial professionals. It does not include physicians. Allied health professionals must provide a letter of confirmation from their immediate surpervisor to benefit from the reduced fee.  Should we not receive this confirmation, the registration will be changed to the Non-member fee.

*** Patient advocates can only register if they are official representatives of their national haemophilia organisation or the European Haemophilia Consortium. A letter certifying this will be required at the time of registration.

****Attendance to the Multidisciplinary Pre-Congress Day is only granted to nurses, physiotherapists, psychosocial professionals, and patient advocates. When attending the full congress, attendance to the Pre-Congress Day is complimentary.

A handling fee of EUR 40.- per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Friday, 01 January 2021.

If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of EUR 80.– will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognized identification documents).

Refunds will be made after the congress by bank transfer or credit card according to your pre-payment method.

On Tuesday 2 February 2021, EAHAD will organise its 5th annual Multidisciplinary Pre-Congress Day. The aim of this event is to share and promote expertise and develop interactions between members of the multidisciplinary team involved in the care of patients with haemophilia and other bleeding disorders.  Special effort will be made to attract allied health professionals from the host country.
In 2021, the event will run from 13:00-19:00 followed by a complimentary networking reception.

IMPORTANT: Pre-Congress Day requires a separate registration. It is included in the full congress participation. An additional fee is required for Pre-Congress Day registration only. Attendance to the Multidisciplinary Pre-Congress Day is only granted to nurses, physiotherapists, psychosocial professionals, and patient advocates.
